It’s All About the Gut

Yes, I realise I advocate that when it comes to Basic Wellbeing It’s All About Flow….the realisation of recent times is that the Gut is where much of our basic and general Wellbeing springs from….and really if The Gut isn’t Flowing well many other parts of our Self are sluggish also….including emotional, physical and spiritual. Since spring is only a few days away I will post a favourite, simple Gut Spring Clean I enjoy soon. In the meantime these are super helpful….super easy ways to daily maintenance….
